So where can I get cleans right now today I went to Charleston this office but said closed do to construction go around the corner so I did and that building had a paper saying the same thing but to go all the way to eastern and oakey so I did. But the guy there said they don't have any needles and didn't seem to know what I was talking about. What is going on
They help keep the city clean from dirty/used "instruments" and provide the homeless with brand new/clean supplies. Most folks would be disgusted by the services they provide but in my opinion, they're doing more for their community than most of the people in this city who call themselves "Christians".
