Today I received the ultimate experience!! Mira took care of my pain in my neck back arm and everywhere else that I didn’t know I had!!
As a big girl weighing about 250 pounds I was self-conscious to go to a pain management physical therapist because I didn’t know if I can actually get the help that I needed! But Mira made me feel comfortable and she made me feel right at home!! If you want someone that can get right to the point and take her time to make sure that your pain gets taken care of. Please go to her. She is a beautiful person and a awesome physical therapist thank you can’t wait Rochester the next appointment
I was in town on vacation. I called and Mina worked me in on a Saturday afternoon.
She took time to explain the massage and what would be best for me and my body.

Let me tell you how Marissa the owner of Holistic Sports Rehab helped me with my excruciating sciatic nerve pain that literally had me crawling where I couldn’t even move or be touched because it was so severe.
