It took me a while to get an appt with my primary care physician. But I scheduled it for the 1st day of the last month of the year. No co-pay for an annual wellness exam, unless there is a referral. It seems like my doc is running late. Or double-booked. The asst apologized for it taking a while. (I had gotten a text msg stating to be here at 8:25 for my 8:40 appt.) It's running late. But it seems like most doc appts run late, the sad truth. Busy location. According to the clerk. There were 3 clerks, one clerk is super nice. Busiest time: morning - 8-10 am. I was told by an employee on the phone that I don't need to call and request my records.she said to just come in and it will take bout 10 minutes.so I get here this morning before my mammo in Henderson and I have to go to 888 Rancho to retrieve the mammo cd.I wish that someone would have told me that before I go driving all around town.And the place is open 24 hours,which would have been convenient considering my on call job.The lady at the Tropicana/Durango location was very nice and patient when asking her sum ?'s.i didn't get her name but I will.thanks for being a kind soul.i have some physical/mental ailments that make it hard for me to get around due to bad leg and...read full review

My physician today was (and I hope from now on) Mr/Dr Daniel Malone. He was very kind and assertive with the recommendations for my care, such as Rx, scan tests & list of needs. All in one visit. On a busy morning! Can’t thank him enough, and his lovely nurse from Cebu & Rex the medical assistant who’s also from the Philippines. Been going here for 3 years. -Brian
