The first time I went to SOS wax I was a little nervous since it had been a while since I had not had a brazilian was done. Krystal was very kind and patient. She truly made me feel safe and comfortable. Ever since I have continued to go specifically requesting her. She has made this experiencing more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this place. Alize did an OUTSTANDING facial and she exceeded my expectations. Very professional and knowledgeable on how to take care of my skin. Thank you for the excellent customer service and recommendations.
I just want to say if you have any anxiety/insecurities about getting a facial or had a bad experience I highly recommend going to Alize ! I was completely comfortable the entire time. She was super attentive to not only my skincare needs but my emotional/mental needs as well. She made sure I was comfortable with everything from the products she used to how she applied them to even how she touched my skin. I felt very anxious upon arrival but immediately felt okay once I laid on the table and heard her talk me through the service. She's very knowledgeable about products as well.
