Frank is the best! He even delivered the paperwork/application to the HOA in person to speed things up..I had an estimate from a well known company that advertises on TV… Tuff luck for them them..lolThey wanted to charge me $6,000 more than Frank did and that’s the honest truth!! SVL LANDSCAPPING DID A GREAT JOB ON MY FRONT AND BACK YARD .I HAD ROCKS AND CURBING PUT IN THE FRONT WITH TWO BEAUTIFUL PALMS , IT LOOKS GREAT. NOW TO THE BACK YARD, I HAD THEM PUT DOWN ARTIFICIAL GRASS WITH A SHORT WALL TOWARDS THE REAR AND THEN THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL BUILT IN BBQ . PAVERS FINISHED THE JOB AND I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH WITH THEIR WORK AND HAVE TOLD MANY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. ☺
