Great honest company with amazing service. I’m so fortunate for finding them, their response time was great (technician even came early). Had a water leak at the house, my restoration company referred Redline to us. The office called me this morning a little after 9am and offered a tech out between 10a-12p same day. Tech, Javi showed up a little after 10am. He was super nice, knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand. He walked me through next steps and tested everything I asked to put me at ease. Javi was great and we are looking to have the other 2 bathroom inspected and maintenance done in them and will most likely call Javi back out for that work!
