This is what I call excellent service with quality.Today 28 Dec 2023 at 10.30am Mr. Richard came to our house view our AC installation and make any adjustments if necessary.After he had done that, I of course offered him a cup of coffee. This man is truly very respectful, very friendly and helpful. This says a lot to me because Mr. Richard is clearly appreciated by his employer Mr. Johnson.My highly appreciation and respect for this company called Rebel Refrigeration here in Las Vegas they treats employees with appreciation as they should and do apparently.I will definitely see this company again in the spring. I called Rebel over the 4th of July holiday when my a/c stopped working. They were quick to make it out despite the holiday and diagnosed the problem. The part store was closed so they came back the next morning with the part needed and had my system back up and running before noon the next day. Every technician involved was amazingly nice and professional. I highly recommend Rebel and will definitely be using them again for future needs.
