Sad this place is closing. I didn't ask why they seemed to not be in the mood. Understood though. Anyways you should go check it out instead of the more known stores, especially since it's Halloween and they have insane deals right now. The store clerks were nice. Things in the store are marked 50% and higher off!

The workers were kind and generous to replace a balloon that popped while we were in the parking lot. We were just going to fill a foil balloon we found in the car that we thought we misplaced. They explained the sizes and cost of the balloon. I would recommend this place for your celebratory needs.

I arrived around 4 pm on a Tuesday. A middle-aged woman was at the front, looked like a manager or something. Wearing a white shirt. I came in specifically to get a ghost face mask for an event. All the masks were behind the counter, out of reach. So I had to ask her a few questions about the type of material it was made of because I needed it to match another one that I own. The woman was rude, short, and seemed annoyed that I was asking a couple of questions. Ultimately, another younger woman ended up helping me. She was extremely nice and helpful. She had a light blue polo shirt on. All I ask is for people to be polite and have common courtesy. I give it 3 stars only... read full review
