I needed a new HVAC system so got three quotes and decided to go with Nevada Residential since they have the most number of systems and options to work with my budget and Vlad was very knowledgeable and professional. My new system was installed and I did have a couple of follow up issues that so far have been handled very quickly and without any problem.... so customer service has been great. A new HVAC system is a big ticket item for most people so I am so glad I made the decision to go with Nevada Residential and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new system.
This is the best company! So reasonably priced and quality service. Charlie is so amazing! We love having him come service our units. He has both installed and a provided ongoing maintenance for us. Would use them 100 times again!
Charlie Charlie Charlie !!!!!! is who you want to ask for. I deal with a lot of people being on the board of a HOA and the School board and my work requires me to deal with a lot of vendors. I know that 80% will try to rip you off one way or another. Nevada Residental Services has been great always but I think Charlie takes the company to another level. Rarely do you meet a such honest person. Helped us out gave us tips how to save money did the extra work that people just don't do anymore now a days.I would like to say one more time thank you Charlie.
