Just had my roof resurfaced. Great crew came in to power wash the entire surface. Cleanup was exceptional. Today the crew worked thoroughly and efficiently to apply the coating. Great price, crew and quality work. Cynthia was friendly, easy to work with and very customer service oriented. A great experience!

We interviewed several roofing companies and ended up choosing Mac Roofing because of price, warranty, experience, and competence & courtesy of staff. Our contact person was Cynthia and she was excellent. She followed up when she needed to and was consistently friendly and effective at her job. She came through to provide all that she promised. We had a bit of an issue with the employee who provided the estimate, but once Cynthia stepped in, things ran like clockwork. I had Mac Roofing come out last year to assess the coating on the foam roof of the home I had just purchased, even after a property inspection. I was told Cory deals with my community and mind you, I did get a solicitation letter for a free estimate but their reviews seemed good so I figured I'd at least get an opinion. Note that I had the seller re-coat parts of the roof based on my inspection and a licensed and bonded roofer was used (he actually takes care of my tile roof through my HOA and no issues). Cory told me that the re-coat was done wrong and would need to be redone for $3,500. Yikes. I asked for a formal bid by email and it shot up to over $3,900 just for...read full review
