Lin Air is the company to contact for all air conditioning/heating needs. Layne, the owner is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive to all calls and questions. I can't say enough about how great this company is. The Lin Air AC installer team works extremely efficiently and quickly. During my first call to the company, I found their office staff to be very friendly and helpful. A member of the Lin Air team named Zack, performed the inspection on my old AC unit on the same day of my initial call. Zack was great and answered all my questions. We received excellent service for our seasonal air conditioner check. Serviceperson did not try to up-sell us or tack on extra charges. He was courteous, neat, and thorough. Thank you, Lin Air!
It has been 5 years or so since they installed our new ac/heater. Starting with our initial call and meeting, through the install and follow up and the couple times I have communicated with them since.... I would score them 100% on workmanship and customer service!
