I had gone to a previous salon who did a horrible job and ruined my blonde. Consultation was easy and informative. Worked with Sandi - first impression was everything to be greeted as soon as I walked in and offered a drink, greeted by everyone in the salon. It was so refreshing. Customer service is huge to me and when I say they go the extra mile they do. I’m very picky when it comes to by blonde and hair and they did everything I wanted and then some. The fact the whole salon works as a collaborative effort you really get the red carpet treatment. The entire process I was so at ease even when it turned into a color correction. Between Sandi and Stella bouncing ideas off each other and offering to help each other out during processing times I couldn’t feel more than a priority. The amount of hype and genuine and authentic vibe they gave off made the experience so worthwhile. Every penny is going into such a hard working group of people especially to Sandi. Her knowledge of hair and product is insane! When she finished my hair I needed to hold back tears because I had not felt this beautiful in a very long time since leaving my previous stylist. I cannot emphasize how amazing these people are. Again save yourself the trouble and book with any of these amazing stylist but especially with Sandi(she’s my girl) for amazing hair !
