I have mixed feelings about this place so far. They’re open late into the evening and on Saturdays, which is wonderful for working parents. The provider we’ve seen so far is Dr. T and she is good. My complaint lies with this office manager as well as with the patient care center and referral process. The office manager is always “busy” and doesn’t return phone calls thus far. The referral process is unreasonable and inefficient, and a direct harm to patients. I waited weeks for two referrals to neuro psych. My kids have been seeing Dr. Santos for 12 years. He actually pays attention and answers questions. He is also really friendly and warm with kids. I know that seems like a given for a pediatrician, but we have had our fair share of unfriendly doctors before we found him. The office is always clean and the wait is never long. I’m glad that he continues to take my children’s insurance since he has moved to Intermountain.

My Ohana loves Dr. Jefferey Tackett! He is so good with the kids and is so natural. Since moving to Vegas from Hawaii, we’re changed doctors over the past few years and he is by far the best one we had. We love you Dr. Jeffery Tackett.
