Excellent service. Arrived within 15 minutes of the low end of the time estimate and called before he got here. Was very thorough in diagnosing the problem (improperly installed drain pan) and tested it again after he fixed it to make sure what he did worked. Easy billing via credit card.
Our air conditioning decided to break down during the hottest week of the year, so a speedy fix was imperative. Executive Air was out to our house within an hour of our call to them. Found the problem ASAP and we were up and running in no time.It's an older air conditioning unit and of course cost was a concern, but we felt Executive Air treated honestly and fairly. We would and do recommend them to everyone!
Executive Air is punctual and helpful. They came out immediately and had a friendly disposition even during the emense heat. I was able to refer them to one of my friends and they were extreamly satisfied. Thanks Executive Air.
