I highly recommend Excelencia Cleaning and I would rate them 6 stars. If 5 stars is a great experience, my 6-star rating represents a "magical experience".Excelencia Cleaning does housekeeping for an Airbnb property that I own. 97% of reviews I've received about cleanliness are 5-stars. They ensure the property is always extremely clean, check everywhere is perfect for a guest check-in, linens and towels are checked periodically and I get suggestions to make replacements or changes as needed. Meybol and her team are awesome to work with. They are exceptionally thorough. I had worked with several local servicers but after a few months their levels would decline. Not Excelencia! After 6 months they are still as good as the 1st time. Meybol, the owner, was considerate of my PTSD with others and won me over with her kindness and clear communication. She is patient with my quirks (such as always hand washing the dishes). She always thinks about how to go over and beyond. During my moveout she made sure to send pictures of everything. I can't say enough about the team's service. They are worth every penny!!

This is my second time using Excelencia Cleaning and I will use them again. Reasonable prices and Excellent cleaning services. The quick response and communication with all staff was Amazing!
