Ever since we started the cooperation with Elixis Technology, our lives are so much easier! I often work from home and there was always plenty of ways for us to solve IT issues in the office, remotely or over the phone.But lately, they exceeded my expectations on a completely different level! I am working from Europe for a few weeks, but I had to manage a project that required access to a program on a different laptop, buried somewhere in the office. Not only Jeff gave me a remote access to that laptop, but also took his time to help me to find the necessary information I needed to move forward with the project. And this is not it yet! The best IT company to work with! They are extremely proactive, stay on top of their tasks and provide update to open tickets very often. They are responsive and quick.
