I never ever do yelp reviews but oh my god. The receptionist, the one that has a Filipino accent is so rude. I told her my last appointment was canceled because I had family issues so she had to charge me a $25 deposit, at a dentist office, then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't have missed my appts after I told her it was impossible for me to make it. She was the most rude person I have ever dealt with on the phone. I had to call back and cancel because I found a different dentist who was actually doing their job and being respectful. She wouldn't let me speak to the manager because she was claiming that she was the manager.

I have 3 teeth removed the Dentist was amazing and front desk was the best customer services I ever have In Las Vegas not many people have courtesy I will continue my dental care here at Dental Now I was very happy I just had to get better Thank goodness I found you ?

My daughter needed some work done. The appointment was at 9:30am they called her back after 10 and had her sit in the chair with a numbed mouth for over an hour. To the point of walking out the door with nothing done but some numbing. Ridiculous I've had numerous issues with this place. Referrals not being sent out on time and attitudes. I'm never returning ever again. Worst place for dentist work. Don't come to this place.
