“I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my vehicle. I couldn’t get into my dealership for two weeks. Since my entire family uses Red Rock Repair I called Danielle and they got me in immediately for a diagnostic. They were so fast and unfortunately it was the worst news. My engine was in extreme trouble. They diagnosed the problem and after taking it to the dealership more bad news. An engine that needed replacement but not made anymore. I called Danielle again to ask for her help to research what was going on with what the dealership told me. Red Rock Auto has been with me every step- giving me advice, options and asking me to keep them in the loop. I’m not done yet- now dealing with corporate but Red Rock Auto is way above exceptional if you want your vehicle taken care of by professionals who are at the top of their game and who CARE!!!
