I am happy to give five stars to Nate for his kindness, knowledge, patience and professionalism. I was recently in a position where I needed to do a 1031 exchange or get hit with a $30,000 tax bill. In this very tight real estate market, I wasn't sure that I'd be able to find another residence, so my 1031 qualified intermediary referred me to Nate who spent a lot of time with me explaining about alternative investments, including TICs. Nate and Gary have been fantastic guys to work with. I was at a loss when I retired and was forced to sell a couple of my properties because of a lease option. I was going to be hit with a 80k tax bill if I didnt do a 1031 exchange.
