As a stay home mom of 3 kids, I rarely put on a full make up. All I do is putting eyeliner and mascara for special occasion. After a through research for someone to do a "real" make up for an event, I found Chloe. She was very personable and so easy to talk to which is important to me. I had no idea what i wanted, but i did not need to. I told her what my event was and what kind of look i was going for, and she performed her magic. If you need ANYTHING makeup related, run to Chloe. She is a makeup guru and is worth every last penny. After scheduling our engagement photo shoot, I knew I had to find a makeup artist. I didn't look any further than Chloe. I chose the two-hour makeup and hair photo shoot session with Chloe for $220. There are many options - from just makeup, just hair, package deals, makeup lessons - that you can select. Chloe is also an expert at eyelash extensions, waxing, and microblading. I have been growing my brows out for 2 yrs now and at this point I feel like what could have grown out would have grown out already. My brows were sparse and missing the tails. I finally decided for microblading (Brow strokes). Chloe did such a professional job working with me shape and was very patient. I wanted it to be as close to my natural shape as possible. It was to enhance my natural shape not to cover it up. I also asked for partial shading meaning not shading the head of the brows for a more natural look.
