I cannot express the level of gratitude I have for Kathleen and all others connected to Mother Earth holistic arts studio. I have had a life of exhaustion, brain fog, depression anxiety, you name it. I did everything available for treatment from medication, traditional therapy, hypnotherapy ect… all mentioned where great and beneficial but never really gave me that “light bulb” moment of understanding and change the way Kathleen did. I’m not going to say I was fixed overnight, but after about a year of seeing her and practicing religiously what she taught, I finally received that moment. Outstanding care and knowledge from Kate! She is someone who puts great thought into helping others and does so in a way that makes you feel part of the process from the ground up. Could not recommend highly enough!

First started with Kathleen in April when I could not bend over to put my shoes on. Continue monthly not only for normal body aches and pains but overall mental health staying in tune with my body.
