Although I was not able to use this company, I can say that I was totally impressed. Rafael came out to give me a bid and his honesty was so refreshing. He could have done the job, but not exactly the way I wanted itdue to the condition of my floors, and he told me that he could recommend someone else.This is rare in today's world. In the future I will definitely call him for some other work, as I am confident he will do a great job. Thank you Rafael!

Raphael and his crew made our travertine look brand new in two days. I've been recommending Brillo for years with no complaints on Next Door. I thought that $1,745 was a very fair price for restoring 18 year old Travertine. My wife would give this company a 10. I will continue to refer people.

Rafael with Brillo Restoration was amazing. He made my tired old looking granite countertop look better than new. He is meticulous in his work and takes his time to do the job right.We had problems with him not showing up for our first appointment due to his truck breaking down. But he absolutely kept his promise to me to put me first on his priority list as soon as he got his new truck. I had wanted to work with him because of all of his excellent reviews so I waited until he was available. I am so glad I did because he was definitely worth the wait.Can't recommend him highly enough. Such a warm nice person with an excellent service mentality!
