I had been following Sierra Chef since moving to Carson Valley and decided to give their Thanksgiving Meal a try. When I picked up our order, I was concerned that it wasn't going to be enough for 5 --- I was wrong. Not only was it amazingly delicious, we had a ton of leftovers! Will definitely be doing this again - Thank you for a wonderful meal.

The Sierra Chef provides a variety of events, gourmet food to purchase in the store, and classes. My book club recently attended the Honey Cooking Class which was amazing, better than we had hoped for! There were a variety of libations, appetizers, desserts, an entree, and tasting of honeys from around the world! We even got to make our own infused honeys to take home with us. Cynthia is truly a culinary genius, her creations are phoenominal!

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Service, location, food and uniqueness- this place has it all!! I've used them for catering small and large parties and have NEVER had a complaint. Keep up the good work
