Fix It Phil

Phil is incapable of finishing any project. He epitomizes the term "flake". We have been sitting in an unfinished house for a while; he has gotten most of his money and bailed on us. We have heard from other locals that have had similar experience with him. I strongly advise searching elsewhere for a handyman!!

We hired Phil to do renovation on our house in November 2022. He started 5 different projects. It is February 2024 and he has still not finish a single project. I have been pursing him to complete the agreed upon work but he has been extremely complacent.He gets paid hourly and will bill you mid-way through a project. I would advise that no one pay anything until he completes the work.- He cut up my kitchen cabinets and didn't sand before paint. Uneven cuts with saw blade lines and chipped paint. It looks horrible.- He never finished any trim work, the cabinets look horrible.- He did some plumbing in my bathroom. It all failed and started leaking.- He put in a patio door....read full review

Phillip of Fix it Phil was extremely courteous. He finished the projects I had started that I learned exceeded my skill level. He was knowledgeable and helped me fine tune my ideas looking at the longevity of what was needed. He worked clean and cautiously. I will be calling him for further needs.
