Was referred for a colonoscopy. Terrible experience. Absolutely abysmal customer service and communication from the scheduling staff. Having scheduling coordinators who are condescending and rude to new patients is bad for business. If the appointment scheduling is this bad, I can't imagine the actual procedure and post-care, but I won't be finding out. Edit: The company reached out and apologized for the initial handling of my referral. I agreed to reschedule and give them another chance. Raising to three stars.

I felt traumatized after leaving Dr. Masseys exam room. She was arrogant and condescending.I was so nervous to begin with, as I have numerous symptoms. When she left the room with her attendant they laughed and laughed. I was so humiliated. Needless to say, I never went back for diagnostic tests. Beware of this doctor , I still haven't gotten over the experience.

After six months of waiting for an appointment they called and canceled my appointment for the 5th time!! They either don't have the appropriate medical staff or their office is not being managed well...either way I would not recommend this place unless you don't mind suffering with symptoms for 6 months or more before "Maybe" they'll see you. Never offered an explanation nor apology.
