I cannot say enough about the wonderful service we received! especially with regards to our service professional, Kristian. The issue was diagnosed quickly and thoroughly, our options were reviewed with us and the resulting work was top notch. I would recommend Skedaddle without any hesitation!
I had a great experience working with skedaddle. We hired them when we had squirrels getting into our attic, and were able to get everything patched up before it became a major problem. Their tech, Kristian, was awesome. He came quickly to do an assessment, gave us a few different options to fit in our budget, and was super knowledgeable and communicative. The work was done less than a week later, and we haven’t had any unwanted visitors since.
We have been very impressed with Skedaddle so far. All people we have dealt with from the staff at the office, to the fellows who have done the estimate and actual mouse-proofing work at our home have been very kind, patient, and hard-working. We wished we had called Skedaddle sooner! We now are going to see if the extensive mouse-proofing that was done to the exterior of our home results in a mouse-free future for us. It certainly looks very promising and we like the concept of a life-time warranty on the work done. We also like the humane approach of this company. Thank-you Skedaddle.
