Hobart Service Food Equipment Group Atlantic Branch

My experience with Hobart service was terrible. Every time the service person stepped inside the door, we were billed almost $300. This bill had to be paid regardless of the tech actually doing anything helpful and with no regard to actually solving the problem they were called for. I reached out for assistance to the head office with no avail. All they wanted was 'payment.' They did not care at all that the customer was dissatisfied and stuck with the same original equipment issue. I have since heard from other small business owners that my concern has been repeated over and over again. Look somewhere else for service! (Also, after calling in our sales rep... he actually fixed our machine in one visit and at no charge.) Thanks for nothing Hobart.
