902 Athletics

I signed up for 902 athletics after years of wanting to join Crossfit, I was very nervous but once I arrived to class everything was great!! Joel the owner made a point to make me feel welcome and confidant in the space. I have been a member for just over a year and have stayed consistent, I also had my husband join and he loves it just as much as me. My favourite thing about this gym is the community, the people, the coaches, it is my medicine and I couldn't imagine life without 902 Athletics!!

Started at 902 just over two years ago, it was a shock to my system as I had never been in a gym before! I have gained muscle, endurance, and a group of gym friends that support and encourage me on this journey. Joel, Kara, Jess, Andrew, and all the other coaches are really great at making sure you keep proper form, encourage you to push a little harder, adjust workouts if you have an injury and make each workout fun. I suffered with lower back pain for years, and after a month or so at 902, it was fixed!

I’ve been a satisfied 902 CrossFit member for over 6 years. A great community building, improvement focused gym that has helped me realize my fitness goals. Highly recommend this gym and its leadership team!
