I can't say enough kind things about the staff at BPAH.I started bringing my senior cat Tibby there shortly after the clinic opened. The staff are always kind and welcoming, the clinic is always clean, and I always enjoy saying hi to the CEO (cat executive officer)!I'd never gone through having a pet go through surgery before, so I was understandably nervous but the staff and Dr. Erjavec answered all of my questions and I know they took excellent care of Tibby before, during, and after her amputation. I cant say enough good things about Bedord Parks. They have amazing staff, they have cared for 3/5 of my animals now. They are knowledgeable, clean, and friendly. (They also have a separate exam room just for kitties so there is no dog scent!)They were prompt and caring when taking care of all my animals. The staff here is absolutely amazing. They made follow up calls for each of my animals after their vet visits to check in on how they were doing.Hands down the best vet we've ever had! Thank you to all the staff and owners here, you guys are so great with your clients and our pets. We have found our vet practice for life!

We switched our pet care over to Bedford Parks about a year ago, as it's so close to home. We're thrilled with the service and feel so well taken care of by the staff. We've seen several of the doctors and they are all wonderful - knowledgeable and competent with excellent "bedside" manner. The front desk staff are kind and friendly. We never feel any pressure to buy specific products or to have procedures done. We're so happy to have them close by - it's such a lovely neighbourhood clinic.
