Stay away from this new age antichrist stuff like yoga is a satanic activity. Each pose is to some strange God,
Would I recommend it. NOPE!! There are never enough instructors to help assist the kids in learning the moves, the younger instructors though wonderful can't control the children. One of the instructors has twin daughters in the classes when they are not there they never follow directions and they are so mean to the new students saying hateful discouraging things. The instructors will say things like maybe this is too hard for him um I'm sorry isn't your job as an instructor to teach. The owner is so nice and most of the instructors are so kind but it's disorganized chaos so id recommend driving the extra 30 minutes into Albuquerque if you really want... read full review
We are so thankful to have found this place. My 3 year old started classes a couple months ago and it has really helped him come out of his shell and learn to listen/ follow direction. My husband decided to join shortly after and he has really been enjoying the adult classes.
