We are extremely pleased with our full re-roof performed Mike Lopez Roofing. Our priorities were - a long wearing roof that with annual maintenance will last decades; a fire retardant substance; a water resistant substance; reroofing performed by a reputable company that we can count on for years to come; a job that should we move we can count on to enhance the value of our home with easy guarantees transference . Mike Lopez Roofing uses a foam product. They wrapped all of the cars in a three house vicinity whether high wind or not. Clean-up and the come and go of crew was seamless. I cannot thank Mike Lopez Roofing and their team enough for the work they did on my home. The team were true professionals from start to finish! Each day they arrived on time ready to work, cleaned up at the end of each day and left my property cleaner then they found it.
