Omar and his crew did an excellent job replacing an old furnace in my home which required upgrades to the gas line and exhaust stack. They were very meticulous and ensured everything was safe and up to code. I highly recommend Omar and his crew if you need HVAC services in Los Alamos/northern New Mexico.
Great experience with Mario and his crew. Efficient and warm hearted people, they got my new air conditioner/heater installed in less than a week, after the old unit failed during the most recent heat wave. Would definitely recommend High Desert Air and Heat!
There are not enough superlatives to describe our experience with High Desert. Our ancient HVAC system finally failed last week and was not reparable. Our townhouse rapidly heated to almost unbearable temperatures. Omar and his team responded promptly to our call for help and worked in severe heat atop our 2 story townhouse to remove the old unit and replace it with a new one. Omar is one of the most kind, respectful, hard-working individuals we have ever encountered and his crew reflected these values as well. Thank you Omar and Crew you were a life-saver!
