Last year I switched to Rio Rancho Modern Dentistry and it’s been a great experience so far. Dr. Hand and staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in, throughout your visit, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and happy.
Main reason why I’m leaving this review is because on Wednesday I broke a molar, it was 5:30 in the afternoon and I wasn’t sure if the office would be open but I called anyway. Thankfully there was a very polite answer (I wish I remembered her name), she was so friendly and helpful. I’m sure they were closing for the day but she didn’t rush or push me off. She scheduled me for the next morning with Dr. Hand.

I recently visited Dr. Amanda Hand at Rio Rancho Modern dentistry, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-organized. During my appointment, she took the time to explain each procedure in detail, ensuring I understood what to expect. Highly recommend!
I am 62 Years old and have had really bad experiences with Dentists going back to when I was in the army. Amanda Hand is absolutely amazing!!! First time I haven’t required gas or pills to get dental work. I had a broken tooth and chipped tooth which she took care of within 1 1/2 hours. No pain, blood pressure good and I can smile again. I rate Amanda Hand the best of the best!!! The whole staff made my visit comfortable, efficient and 5 Star customer service!!
