Overall, it is the luck of the draw based on the massage therapist you get and if they remain at Massage Envy. I have had two therapists I like a lot leave without much notice and then my bookings get delayed. It would be great if this business had a better plan for those who are already a part of the plan, to get services or priority if a therapist leaves. I wish it was easier to book as well. The website needs an overhall to book in a quick, clear way.

Wonderful therapists, and fantastic owner. Salina Palmerton is a great owner/operator with a passion for her community! Love her business, so you should go get a massage there. Worth every penny!

If you're someone who regularly gets facials or massages, it would definitely be worth it to get a membership. The products and services are great, the rooms are always clean and neat, and the staff is always friendly. The only downside is you can't always re-book with people you like because if they're good at their job, a lot of people want to book with them so sometimes you have to book way in advance to be able to see who you want. Also, be prepared to have them recommend products and add-ons, which are pricey. Those who have a hard time saying 'no' might find these suggestions stressful.
