I decided to try High Mountain Wellbeing's in-studio classes as a means of introducing some light exercise into my schedule. I have been amazed at how challenging they can be, and the positive effect they have had on my overall health, strength, and flexibility. All the teachers are knowledgeable and caring, and readily modify exercises and poses for each student. After a few months of attending classes, I'm hooked on yoga and High Mountain Wellbeing.

Jacci's knowledge of all types and styles of yoga is deep and broad. She has helped me recover my breathing, flexibility, and strength after having been very ill. I cannot recommend her yoga therapy more strongly. She also has very relevant courses like some to help people recover from long COVID.

Jacci has been my Thai Massage Therapist since my return to Los Alamos in 2021. I have had many massages during my long life but none like Jacci’s. Dressed in yoga clothes and lying on a comfortable pad on the floor, I completely surrender to Jacci as she safely and confidently moves my body into postures predetermined beneficial through an assessment. Her knowledge of anatomy, physical strength, and many years of experience result in a restoration and relaxation like no other. Friends and family have also become regular clients. I highly recommend you, too, experience Thai Massage with Jacci!Cindy McAtee
