We were assured a project would be completed before Labor Day, but they withdrew unexpectedly after two weeks, indicating communication issues with Springer Electric (who cooperated with me with no problem). No further explanation given. We lost 14 days on a small project and now we will not meet an important deadline. They also failed to give us the price quote as promised, telling us to "be patient." Very disappointed.
