The actual workers from Castle were kind, polite and professional with the knowledge and skills that they have. Unfortunately they were not skilled at installing cabinets. This resulted in many repair efforts - some of which were not successful. Apparently this company was hired by our general contractor because they were faster and cheaper. Well, we have now learned that you get what you pay for. The owner of Castle Construction accused us of "shorting him" after we had reached a settlement on all of the additional repair attempts. Subsequent to our agreement, the owner withheld payment to the general contractor in the same amount. Needless to say, this was not the gc's...read full review
