Chad is awesome! I discovered I was dealing with bed bugs and he took the time to explain to me over the phone what to look for and what I needed to do with my bedding until he arrived. He was on time, polite, courteous and friendly and he didn’t try to sell me additional services I didn’t need. Highly recommend.
