I read a lot of negative reviews. I'll give the people who try and contact the facility credit. the center is really bad at returning and answering phone calls.... I should probably give a lower rating but my specialist Dr. Holtzgang has never let me down. I've had to call on an "emergency basis" and struggled to recieve an answer but when they called back they made sure I was taken care of. also I used to have a primary care provider here as well as other services. when I asked if I could enroll in primary care I was told they don't offer that service any more. not sure how to accurately rate the company. My experience has always been positive! Dr. Smith always addresses my concerns.Yes, I when I do call Sage, I receive a voicemail, but my calls are always returned.I appreciate the services they provide.

Dr Gomez is amazing! She is such a sweet and genuine lady. She’s the kind of person you would love to have in your life as a doctor. She’s very compassionate and super sweet I can’t say it enough. I feel extremely comfortable talking with her and can feel how honest she’s truly being with me. I appreciate it her very much and am glad I received her as my doctor. I can tell she really wants the best for me and wants to do everything she can to help me.The front desk crew are also very nice.
