If I could give this place an extra 5 stars I would do so in a heartbeat! Not only is the customer service amazing, but the medical staff in this office are incredibly professional and very well educated!! The staff managed to not only make a stressful process quick and painless, but they took the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered. All of the staff, from the amazing front desk ladies, namely Melanie, to the outstanding PA that treated me were all friendly, upbeat, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs and questions were resolved. Although I did not see Dr. Ortiz, I saw Candice Martinez, PA C. From the moment I entered the office, everyone was friendly and receptive. The whole experience was far better than I expected. Dr. Ortiz was recommended by a friend. Her staff is incredible . Very professional. But very caring.

Dr. Ortiz was very thorough and friendly. I would recommend her to friends and family alike. She could spend a little more time with a patient but you need to realize that she's SO good that it takes 6 months to get in to see her. There are not many dermatologists in Albuquerque but my doctor recommended her highly. I'm sure glad I'm one of her patients now!
