This is an experience for both body and mind. Being able to relax and not worry about anything while having the knots and tension worked out of your muscles helps the mind relax also.

I have been seeing Barbara for several years now and can highly recommend her for anyone seeking massage therapy. She has helped me so much and is so capable. I believe she could teach a therapy school she is so experienced.

In my search for a company that has excellent treatments as well as accepts Workers Comp Insurance Claims, I am ecstatic that I found Ocean Blue Medical Massage. My treatment protocol was much more intense than any regular massage and I was pleased to find out that Barbara was well versed in numerous modalities, which she is using in my pain mitigation and efforts to get my body and muscles moving fluidly again. I have met very few people who have knowledge of their craft, which Barbara does, but her added gift in her ability to read your body.
