Martin was honest, fair, very personable and easy to talk to. My dishwasher was not filling with water and I had looked several times under my kitchen sink to see if I could find the water supply valve for the dishwasher. Couldn't find it because I thought it would be located near the shut off valves for the hot and cold water for the kitchen faucet, and I didn't take all the usual stuff out from under my sink; didn't think the valve would be located only a few inches up from the floor! Martin started diagnosing right away ( I had told him the valves under the sink were open and by that I meant the 2 ones I found, not realizing there WAS actually another one for the dishwasher)....read full review
