I’ve been a patient here for 2 years seeing Shilpa Reddy. My experience has been that the annual skin check ups are incredibly rushed, and she spends about one minute looking at my skin, which does not feel thorough enough for me, considering I have a long history of skin cancer in my family. There seems to be an emphasis on suggesting expensive skin care products and treatments, which is fine, but I would rather have more time and care spent on checking my skin and being thorough. I will be finding a new dermatologist going forward.

I had a basil cell cancer in my scalp, which I found myself before my six month check up and would have been overlooked except for my mention.. The check ups are conducted too fast and my scalp has never been checked again. I will be looking for a dermatologist who is more thorough and careful because I've had multiple basil-cell cancers all of which I found myself.

Although I did not need their services after all, I needed to comment on the diligence of this firm.In setting up the initial appointment, and subsequently cancelling it, Dermatology of New Mexico returned my calls and exhibited a real concern for me. Although I hope I do not need their care in the future, I would recommend them to others.
