Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Kalpana was a great relief to have a doctor who listens to what you need to tell her and not just do what she needs to do to move you out the door to get the next patient in.
The staff here a amazing, my entire family sees them. Martha, is Dr.k’s MA and she a wonderful person, attentive, hard working and has no problem answering any question I have, if she doesn’t know she will find out and contact me back! I love the NP Kristan, she is a badass! And my favorite practitioner I’ve ever had. She listens when I have concerns and helps to conquer any health issue that arises. The front desk girls, and nurses on staff are helpful as they can be! The medical field has its challenges, however they conquer it with compassion and grace. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Roberts for about 22 years minus the years I lived out of state. He’s a great doctor- he listens, is thorough- never rushed and genuinely cares about his patients. I know he’s nearing retirement and will be missed! I’ve seen some new faces in the past year like Kristina Parkin. Kristina never rushed me, took the time to listen to issues and come up with a plan.
