This was my first time getting my dryer vent cleaned. I’ve had my LG washer and dryer for about 3 years now so I knew I was long overdue. Out of all the business that came up from a Google search, the reviews and rating for Duct Dudes stood out to me so I decided to give them a call. The young lady who answered the phone (I think her name was Katie…or Evie) was very polite, professional and helpful as I explained this was my first time getting the service. Our clothes dryer had not been drying efficiently for a while. When it started to smell smoky, I called DUCT DUDES per a referral from George's Appliance, who recommended duct cleaning before servicing the dryer. The female appt. scheduler at Duct Dudes promptly returned my call and set up an appt. the next day! From the scheduler to the gentlemen who visited my home, everyone handled my calls and concerns with courtesy and professionalism. As promised, Genaro and Ismael called ahead to say they'd be here in 10 mins, which they were.
