Terrible experience. The therapist (Amy) was nasty from the beginning and fell asleep massaging me. Full blown snoring on top of me. Never going back.

Ernesto is great! Ambience would improve if front desk people didn't continually talk among themselves...or put in more soundproofing!

I recently had a 60-minute massage with Julie at Massage Envy in Westwood, NJ, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. Raquel, the receptionist, was superb with her greetings and made me feel instantly welcomed. Julie’s technique was outstanding—she was able to expertly locate and loosen the knots I had in my back, leaving me feeling completely relieved and relaxed. Her skillful approach made all the difference, and I walked out feeling like a new person. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend Julie, Raquel, and the Westwood location enough. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!
