Dr.Smith and his staff are beyond professional. The staff always greets you with enthusiasm and is able to assist and answer all questions. Dr Smith is extremely knowledgeable in his ability to diagnose and treat many conditions or refer you to excellent additional medical drs who can. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for 30 years, since I was a teenager and his office first taught me how to wear contact lenses. I haven’t been there in while but I recently moved home and came back to the office. Now I remember why Dr. Smith and his team are THE BEST, most thorough and professional eye care team I’ve ever been to! They are not in-network with my insurance right now (I am on New York Medicaid) but I still chose Dr. Smith and his team because when I go there, they nail the diagnosis, I get a comprehensive exam, and they make the best, most accurate lenses.
