Noemi and Erika did a fantastic job stopping my hair! They're not just trying to sell products; they want to educate their clients and really improve your hair's health. They took the time to explain each step they took and sent me home with a clear game plan to maintain and improve my hair. Loved visiting Utopia! Will go again next chance I get.
