Follow up visit. Front desk was friendly & engaging. Nurse was prompt with very clear communication. Doctor was very knowledgeable, explained her diagnosis & prescriptions in detail. This office is an asset to the health care of the community.
Everything went very well on the handling of my knee wound. However, the self stick bandaging didn’t really hold, even though it was pressed tightly to adhere. It would peel away without fabric touching it. Also, the gauze moved because it was on a spot where the body moves a lot (the kneecap). I think maybe a different type of bandage is needed for that area but I would definitely return because of the quality of care I received otherwise.
Pleasant from start to finish. Excellent articulate communications, very kind and patient at the front desk, gentle and communicative during nurse accesment, nice and calm while waiting, examination with Dr had great bedside manner and excellent listening skills. Very clean through out the building. I would recommend to everyone.
