Hands down, this has been the best veterinary hospital I have ever experienced. When your pet is sick, your heart is heavy and all you want is someone who truly cares, someone who is honest and wants the same thing you do — for your pet to be okay. It’s a good place, vet seems to have tons of experience and the staff is very friendly but this place NEVER picks up the phone, they don’t accept walks in and if you go there they will tell you to call and make an appointment it the thing is they never pick up the phone, at this point is better to schedule a visit with the president, I left multiple voice messages to get an appointment for my dog that it’s turning one soon but it just remains me of how hard it was a year ago to get in contact with them!
